Pricing

Our initial visit includes a preliminary consultation + 1 hour of labour starting at $100. Each additional hour thereafter will be billed at a rate of $65/hour. Please contact us to estimate the amount of hours required for your request. We highly recommend purchasing one of our heavily discounted service packages if you require consistent home maintenance on a year round basis. For a larger project such as a full scale renovation, please reach out to us for an estimate. 

We will arrive equipped with all workmanship tools necessary for the job. Any extra materials that are required to complete the job, will be billed to the customer accordingly
